1. How can I track my order?

  • Shipping cost depends on the weight of your order, calculated at checkout.

  • Sea Freight Shipping (6-10 weeks):
  • Affordable, but slower shipping option, typically taking 6-10 weeks to arrive.
  • Shipping cost is based on weight and size, calculated at checkout.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many international locations. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Additional customs fees may apply.

4. How do I return or exchange an item?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. For more details, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

7. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, it is processed immediately. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

8. Are customs fees included in the price?

  • As a customer in Nigeria, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are already included in the price of your order.

  • This means no additional payments will be required after you make your purchase—just sit back, relax, and enjoy a seamless shopping experience with hassle-free delivery.

9. Return and Exchange Policy?

  • Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect (i.e., a different product was shipped).

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer support at support@nairashopper.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

10. What if the item I want is out of stock?

Our luxury items are curated in limited quantities. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified.
