Return & Exchange Policy

At NairaShopper.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to logistical constraints, we currently maintain a No Return, No Exchange policy, except in specific cases outlined below.

No Returns or Exchanges (Except for Damaged or Incorrect Items)

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item received is defective, or

  • You were shipped a different product than what you ordered.

If either of these issues occurs, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order by contacting our support team at:

 Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Our team will review your case and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other form of support.

 Why We Don’t Offer Standard Returns or Exchanges

Due to the extended shipping times between Nigeria and our international vendors, processing returns or exchanges often takes longer than the vendor’s allowed return/exchange period. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to guarantee timely handling of returned goods or exchanges, and as such, we cannot offer these services as a standard policy.

Manufacturer Warranty & Product Support

The good news is that most products sold on NairaShopper.com come with a manufacturer’s warranty. These warranties typically cover defects in materials or workmanship and can be a great resource if you experience product issues outside our return window.

We encourage all customers to contact the product’s brand manufacturer directly for any concerns related to quality, function, or warranty claims.
